At I2B Technologies, we are looking for a Senior OutSystems Project Manager with experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, and/or Project Manager to lead technology projects and development teams, connecting business, product, and technology.
We are looking for a senior professional with solid OutSystems experience, team leadership skills, end-to-end project management expertise, and experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
👨💻 Mandatory Requirements
- Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technology/software field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, and/or in similar roles.
- 2+ years of experience working on OutSystems projects and leading development teams.
- 🎓 OutSystems Delivery Specialist Certification.
- Experience managing end-to-end technology projects, including roadmap, backlog, scope, timelines, costs, quality, and risks
- Advanced English (C1-C2) and intermediate Spanish (B1-B2), both written and spoken.
🎯 Nice to Have
- Training or certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Project Management, including Scrum, Kanban, and/or XP.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of OutSystems projects, coordinate development teams alongside the Tech Lead, manage roadmap and priorities, anticipate and manage risks, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery that generates business value.
