OutSystems Developer (Korean/English)

SENIOR OUTSYSTEM DEVELOPER

Job Description

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable application solutions.
• Develop and integrate applications with external systems, APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure development follows established coding and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, and international clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement of existing applications.
• Have opportunities to participate in short-term onsite assignments in South Korea.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with solid hands-on experience in OutSystems.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining enterprise applications using OutSystems.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, database concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integration.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good English or Korean communication skills; able to work effectively with international clients and teams.
• Experience working with Korean clients or in an outsourcing environment is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel to South Korea for short-term onsite assignments.

Nice to Have

• OutSystems certifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
• Experience in enterprise or banking/financial projects.
• Experience working directly with Korean customers.
