Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OutSystems Developer to join a digital transformation program for a Leading Korean Manufacturing Client.

This position requires strong hands-on expertise in the OutSystems platform, enterprise application development, system integration, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions while collaborating with global stakeholders in a fast-paced and quality-driven environment.

Due to the client's high technical standards, only candidates with strong OutSystems experience and proven enterprise project exposure will be considered.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.
• Proven experience working on enterprise-scale application development projects.
• Experience working directly with international clients and stakeholders is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Develop reusable modules and components following OutSystems best practices.
• Integrate OutSystems applications with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and solution design activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support deployment, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and technical documentation.

• Ability to conduct technical impact assessments and propose optimal solutions.

Hands-on experience with:

• REST APIs
• SOAP Web Services
• External database integration
• Enterprise backend systems
• JSON and XML data processing
• Authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and LDAP

Database & Performance

• Strong SQL development and optimization skills.
• Experience working with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Experience in query tuning, performance monitoring, and application optimization.

Front-End Technologies

• Good knowledge of: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Responsive Design
• Experience customizing OutSystems UI components and user interfaces.

Development Process

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with application deployments and environment management through LifeTime.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer Certification.
• OutSystems Professional Developer Certification.
• OutSystems Expert Developer Certification.
• Experience integrating OutSystems solutions with ERP platforms such as SAP.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Smart Factory domains.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems and multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or cloud-native architectures.

Language Requirements

Mandatory

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with global project teams and stakeholders.

Strong Advantage

• Korean language proficiency (speaking, reading, or writing).
• Prior experience working with Korean clients, Korean project teams, or Korean enterprises.
• Familiarity with Korean working culture and business communication practices.
