Senior OutSystems Project Manager | LATAM | Advanced English & Spanish Required

At I2B Technologies, we are looking for a Senior OutSystems Project Manager with experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner and/or in related delivery roles to lead technology projects and development teams, connecting business, product, and technology.
We are looking for a senior professional with solid hands-on experience managing OutSystems projects, strong leadership skills, end-to-end project management experience, and direct interaction with clients and stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technology field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner and/or in related roles managing digital products or technology projects.
- 2+ years of experience working on OutSystems projects, specifically leading or coordinating development teams.
- OutSystems Delivery Specialist Certification.
- Strong experience in end-to-end project management, including roadmap, backlog, scope, timelines, costs, priorities, dependencies, and risk management.
- Advanced English (C1-C2) with strong technical and conversational proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Spanish with strong technical and conversational proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with technical teams, clients, business stakeholders, and international teams.
Nice to Have
- Training or certifications in Product Management, Agile, Project Management, Scrum, Kanban and/or XP.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of OutSystems projects, coordinate development teams alongside the Tech Lead, manage roadmaps and priorities, anticipate and mitigate risks, maintain direct communication with clients and stakeholders, and ensure high-quality deliveries that provide real business value.

- LATAM | 100% Remote | Full Time
- U.S. working hours and U.S. business calendar
- Payment in USD
- Long-term freelance contract, subject to performance and project continuity.
