Required skills:
- 6+ years of experience delivering OutSystems applications, with proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or Solution Lead.
- Strong expertise in OutSystems 11, including Reactive Web Applications and solution architecture.
- Solid experience in architecture and solution design, building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, SQL Server, and relational databases.
- Experience with code reviews, development standards, performance optimization, and application security.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including client-facing experience.
- Professional English and ability to work in international, multicultural environments.
- English is required.
