Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Lead to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low code application development, specifically with OutSystems ODC. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead development projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality applications that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of low code applications using OutSystems ODC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for low code development.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in low code development and OutSystems platform.
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with OutSystems ODC.
• Strong understanding of low code application development principles.
• Experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other low code platforms.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database management and integration.
• Experience in cloud services and deployment.
• Certifications in OutSystems or related technologies.
