Our client is a Dutch company specialized in OutSystems with a multinational context. This company is a reference in the services that provides to its customers, especially in management consultancy, strategy and digital transformation.

This Professional Will Be Responsible For

  • Execute and organize all the dynamics of the service;
  • Manage the service level agreements and the relationship with the customers;
  • Ensure compliance with the agreed SLA's, through monitoring of the service, monitoring of indicators and taking corrective measures in the event of deviation from;
  • Identify new business opportunities/new customer needs;
  • Budgetary control;
  • Perform the analysis of control metrics and KPI indicators.


  • Technical skills in solutions design and web applications performance (OutSystems);
