I took the challenge that OutSystems presented to me in 2018 to explore ASEAN more. I joined OutSystems as the first customer success manager in my country where I grew focus market adoption in both Malaysia and Indonesia. OutSystems cares about our individual success and trusts people to get their work done wherever they are. With the great support from managers, I am challenged in a very positive way to excel with my peers ensuring our goals as a global company is achieved. We are hired for our opinions. OutSystems provides an environment where people from all backgrounds feel safe to dream and speak up. I can share my opinion without fear of negative consequences.
