Image Consent
By accepting this Image Consent, you grant OutSystems – Software em Rede, S.A., with its registered office in Rua Central Park, Ed. 2 2A 2795-242 Linda-a-Velha, Portugal, tax identification number 504995634, and the Companies which form the OutSystems Group (identified in https://www.outsystems.com/contacts/) (hereinafter, “OutSystems”) the right to:
- Record, tape, film, photograph, digitize, or otherwise capture and preserve in a permanent form your name, likeness, biographical material, voice, and/or performance/display (hereinafter “Images”) during the event.
- Be granted a royalty-free, worldwide right and license to, at OutSystems’ sole criteria, use your Images for OutSystems’ marketing and promotional materials both in printed materials, company brochures, leaflets, posters, annual reports and various other online and offline advertisements, to be displayed in electronic and broadcast media, streaming, webcasting and including, without limitation, on OutSystems’ intranet, website, social media channels, online advertising and any other platform in connection with the production, distribution, and exhibition of any such advertisement, promotion or marketing campaigns or materials. The Images may also be used for internal usage such as videos, presentations and printed materials, social media posts, annual reports, or product demonstration videos.
You acknowledge, understand and agree that:
a) This authorization is freely given and is not mandatory, and you can refuse to give it without any consequences. You will not be asked to inspect or approve the Images before they are published;
b) You will not receive payment or any kind of compensation for authorizing the use of the Images;
c) You hereby waive all rights to the Images;
d) Publication of your Images may be associated with your name (e.g. interviews to use in talent attraction campaigns);
e) You can request information regarding the processing of your personal data and exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restrict of processing, right to object and to withdraw consent, at any time, by contacting dpo@outsystems.com . In any case, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority;
f) The abovementioned revocation will only take effect from the date of its receipt by OutSystems, however, it cannot compromise the use of images, past or in progress, carried out under this authorization and / or its diffusion under the terms provided for above;
g) The processing of your personal data as described above may entail disclosure of data to Third Parties, such as technology providers, advertisers and cloud providers;
h) All raw material will be kept until 5 years after the Event if no deletion is requested before that to dpo@outsystems.com;

And still specifically for Speakers:
j) You warrant and represent that, to the best of your knowledge, nothing in your presentation violates any proprietary or personal rights of others (including, without limitation, any copyright or privacy rights), that the presentation is factually accurate, and contains nothing libelous or otherwise unlawful. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OutSystems, its employees and representatives against any and all claims arising out of your presentation, including, but not limited to, claims of copyright infringement, defamation, and misrepresentation.
k) All final materials will be kept, at maximum, until 5 years after the Event if no deletion is requested before that to dpo@outsystems.com;
