As Chief Client Partner, Carlos works with our key accounts and top partner executives to foster stronger customer relationships and new strategic expansions that drive growth and excellence with OutSystems.

Previously, Carlos served as OutSystems’ Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all business operations globally, including Sales, Customer Success, and Services. In his role as COO, Carlos focused on driving value for customers and revenue growth for OutSystems, with an obsession over making customers wildly successful throughout their journey with OutSystems.

Carlos joined OutSystems in 2001 and has held a number of roles, always applying insights and leadership that support company growth, customer and culture. Prior to joining OutSystems, Carlos held positions in R&D, IT, and Computer Science research. Carlos holds a degree in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, Portugal.
