Bug Fixing

Fixed a Service Studio crash when debugging a mobile application with external links using an iOS device (RPM-453)
Fixed an issue that caused screen template categories to appear at the bottom edge of the New Screen dialog when the list is too long to fit within the available space. Added a scroll bar so that the entire list can be viewed and displayed properly. (RTAF-3971)
Fixed an issue where an application could get stuck on shutdown or reload operations waiting for RabbitMQ requests. (RRCT-3467)
