Tools for network testing.

A set of tools for network testing.

TcpConnect - Simple connection test for a given TCP port;
TcpSend - Send data in ASCII format;
TcpSendBinary - Send data in binary format;
TcpClose - Closes a connection persisted by TcpConnect;

Both TcpSend and TcpSendBinary can be called multiple time on a flow over the same connection object returned by TcpConnect.
