General
This application is for helping organizations to schedule and manage training courses, whether they are on site, off site, using internal or external talent. It offers an easy interface for managing Classes and Instructors and provides an intuitive interface for Users to enroll in Classes offered by your organization.
In this app, Admins can create Classes and Instructors, then assign Instructor to a Class. Admins can also create and edit multiple Contact details for each instructor. Admin views can see list of Users enrolled in each class.
BackOffice
Only Users with admin role will be able to navigate to BackOffice.
Classes: create and edit a class, assign an instructor to the class. Classes can be Open, Full, Completed or Canceled.
Instructors: create and edit instructor as well as their Contact information; phone, email, social media tags, etc
Enrollment: view enrollment by class and remove enrolled users as needed
Registration
Main view is for Users to see all classes currently offered by your organization and enroll in the class. They can also unenroll themselves from the class. If the class is full, seats available will show 0 but Users can still enroll by placing themselves onto the Class' Waitlist, Admin will be able to see the Users who are Registered and those on the Waitlist.
