Variables:

isOpenPopupEdit: Set a variable for open or close the popup editor.

Date: Set a variable of type date.

InitialDate: Assign a value if you want limit the select.

DateFormatId: Assign value from static entity DateFormat

LanguageId: Assign value from static entity Language

MaxDate: Limited select

MinDate: Limited select

isViewNationalHoliday: If the parameter has true, down select date will print the holiday name.
