• Fixed a compatibility issue with SilkUI which could cause an infinite loop when rendering the screenshot of feedback that had framed content, such as feedback with an open Popup_Editor.

• Improved error handling. If a synchronization fails, it will remain in the queue, but will be retried using an exponential backoff.
• New action ResetFeedbackSyncFailures allows feedback to return to a state without failures, removing any backoff delays as well.
• New action SyncSkipped skips a feedback, so it is removed from the queue for a period of time.
• New action GetSyncQueueStats can be used to determine how many feedback are queued to be synchronized.
• Fixed synchronization of feedback from mobile apps.

Trim the single line message to 200 characters. This prevents errors with JIRA, at least, which rejects issues with big summary lines.
