1. Your app  is not working... Your HelpDesk_Conf is missing the SetupCaseManagementApplication API call to assign the setup_data to register your CaseDefinitionConfiguration entity GUID.
2. Even though i fix it myself,  i am getting error [OUTSYSTEMS_DEV],dbo.[OSUSER_54X_CASESEQUENCE]  with key 26 was not found.....
