A CoolProfs product to schedule data operations in the Cool Data Mover.

The Cool Data Mover Schedule Plugin is an application that allows the automation of a sequence of Data Operations in the Cool Data Mover across multiple environments.

This plugin is a free add-on to the Cool Data Mover:

It allows to run preset sequences of data operations in Cool Data Mover packages at any time. Either immediately or schedule it at a certain date and time, or have them run regularly, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

What’s new (1.0.1)
  • Added Site Property 'UseADO' so that the Rest service 'StartRunWorkflow' can be used without answering back to ADO. Default is True.
  • Set status codes of the Rest service response.
  • Added RunFrom to 'StartRunWorkflow'. Send JSON in body as: {"CIFlowName": "[string]", "WorflowItemOrderNumber": [integer]}.

Great addition to Cool Data Mover. If you have multiple data packages that need to run in a specific order, you can just add them all to a scheduler workflow and trigger them all at once. It will automatically move from one package to another, even across environments, so you can export from environment A and then import in environment B. Saves so much time compared to doing it manually and you can even schedule it to run overnight.

Very nice add-on to the Cool Data Mover. Now we can schedule our data moves regularly or schedule them to run at night.
