This Library contains 2 Types of excitations 

The First Type For Contation function this function list and delimiter as input and return list as a string with the delimiter and the next type is the type that can be used 

1. integer
2. long integer 
3. decimal 
4. Text

Note :

       1. delimiter default value is ","

       2. most used of string Contation create in the query in SQL 

The second Type focus on split the string into a list 

     1. split a string into an array of characters ( text ) 

     2. split string ingot array of text by splitter
