This dropdown combines the functionalities of having a dropdown search with multiple atributes (value, text and additional) with the possibility of not being limited of the data initial render on the source of data you choose. Giving the possibility of the user search inside a table with large amount of data without compromising the performance

Allow Multiple attributes
Is custom so we can customize even more, I add the dropdown search so can be expandable for having more then 3 attributes 
Allows to search inside large volumes of data without get all the data in the render of the screen
