A section component to be used with OutsystemUI Popup Dialog.

1. Adds Title, Content and Footer placeholders. Title and Footer are fixed at the top and bottom of the dialog while the content is scrollable.

2. Adds BackdropOnClick event to allow adding click outside to close function.
