The Embedded Process Automation automatically displays in the user's web browser all pending activities in a floating taskbox. Each item includes instructions and a link that will lead the user to the web page where the activity can be completed.

Feature List
The Embedded Process Automation™ technology is a built-in mechanism that drives application end-users throughout the completion of pending activities, as defined in the business process model.

  • Each item includes instructions and a follow-up link that will lead the user to the exact application web page where the activity can be completed.
  • EPA directs the user by placing up to date process documentation at their fingertips thereby radically simplifying the process of changing and adapting user interfaces according to new work flow definitions.
  • EPA reduces the need for end-user training and documentation, and eliminates errors and delays increasing operational efficiency, and diminishing the cost of organizational deployment of process changes.
