This will make the normal list widget into a chat like widget.

the following are the attributes of the widget

List Placeholder - A placeholder of the list you will use for the chat.
ListElementId - Pass the List Id that was used in the placeholder.
OnTopEnd - Event which will invoke when reach the end of the list.
