The feedback widget allows users to send feedback about an application using a HTML based WYSIWYG rich text editor and screenshot functionality. Examples of feedback can be a feature request or bug report. The widget can be placed inside a block or screen to allow authorized users to send feedback. An action to handle the feedback will need to be defined.
Optionally, you can choose to purchase a license of Shape, Nurizon’s cloud solution for tracking product development. Shape has standard connectors for reviewing feedback messages addressed by users and transferring them into work items. For more information about Shape, please contact shape@nurizon.nl.
The Feedback Widget follows the OutSystemsUI styleguide and will change the look & feel based on your consumer application’s style.
