You should have the "CanSeeHeatmap" Role to be able to visualize the heatmap, additionally by opening the dashboard you need to provide the URL that you pretend to visualize

It is possible to visualize the information by selecting the Identifier and filtering by:

  • Week (ISO)

• Schedule

  • 2023-W28 (Week)
  • 2023-07 (Month)
• Data Type
  • Combined
  • Moves
  • Clicks
• User
  • All Users
  • User1
  • User2
  • ...
• Window Size*
  • 1920px
  • 1680px
  • ...

*Windows Size is needed because the content and the positions of the elements is different by the browse window width size
