WeekPicker is designed to closely resemble the original DatePicker from OS UI, but returns a week number and year when user selects a week. 

Technically the plugin Week Select from Flatpickr v4.6.13 is used to select weeks. 

Note: since the plugin supports ISO weeks only, the startWeekDay is fixed at monday. When plugin will start supported this, I will add the configuration option too.
