Application preferences plugin for Cordova 3+

The purpose of this plugin is to allow the application to access application settings.

With this plugin, a settings page is generated for IOS besed off the app-settings.json included in the cordova source code.

For Android or other settings dictionaries, this component can still be used to store user preferences.
