Use images from the file storage using URI

Renders images that are stored in the mobile filestorage. It uses FilePlugin to be able to convert a file URI to a blob, which is then rendered.

The image rendering is triggered on two events: OnReady and OnParametersChanged.

The widget also has an OnLoad event to enable callbacks on image loaded.
