Banking AI Agents Showcase (ODC)

Details
Detailed Description

The Banking AI Agents Showcase is a ready-to-run companion app that demonstrates how to consume the three Banking Agents Forge assets — Banking Policy & Support, Banking Document Intelligence, and Banking Risk & Fraud Assessment — each on a dedicated page with a fully wired chat interface, document upload, and parameter configuration.

It provides a working consumer UI for the three Banking Agent accelerators — it does not add business logic, data persistence, or production-grade security beyond what the underlying agents already provide. It's up to your organization to adapt, extend, and harden the showcase for any production scenario.

Key Features:

  • Three dedicated agent pages, each wired to the corresponding agent's public service action with full input/output parameter visibility.
  • Document upload and management per agent session.
  • Agent configuration UI for Profile and AgentDefinition overrides without code changes.
  • Direct Forge links for each agent so you can access full documentation.
Release notes

Event-based agent invocation & compatibility update

  • Timeout fix— the Banking Risk & Fraud Assessment Agent is now called from within an Event handler in the Showcase app, which raises the OutSystems execution timeout from 60s (regular Server Action limit) to 120s. This resolves the intermittent 504 errors observed with the previous version, where the agent's prompt processing exceeded the standard Server Action timeout window.
    • The same Event-based invocation pattern can be applied to the other Agents in the Showcase to benefit from the extended timeout.
  • Updated agent dependency — consumes the latest Banking Risk & Fraud Assessment Agent (v0.2.2) with provenance-based trust hierarchy and security hardening (see agent release notes for details)
