Proof of Concept application for a web based lightweight data dictionary.  Best practice is to deploy a data catalogue that includes the capability to scan your data systems and auto-catalogue. This module is being developed for a a client that is not ready to move to a data Catalogue tool but doesn't want to deal with risk of managing a data catalogue from Excel.
