Example app with a UI with a form where each next field is created automatically by calling a server REST API to determine based on the input data what should be the next field. Field type is being currently defermined randomly.

Sample app showing how to easily implement a pattern where a form starts with just one field and depending on the answer on that field, the next field is determined.

Currently the widget type of each field (checkbox, input or dropdown) is being calculated using a random function but it shows how easy can be to adapt this to decide based on the previous value what could be the next field in the form.
