Delete all database local data from the app

Delete all database local data from the app, is only possible after app goes online once to get the database name. Includes blocks "SetDataBaseName" and "ClearLocalDataButton".

SetDataBaseName gets the database name and save to a client variable, is recomended to place this block on theme.

ClearLocalDataButton includs a button to clear the data.

Logic based on Javascript and sqlitePlugin native plugin with dependence to OutSystemsUI(GetNetworkStatus)
