This is a copy from RichWigets List_SortColumn, but that was updated to have the caret icon visible after the columns are sorted.

I created this as a component since it's not the first time I'm cloning the RichWidgets version to have something simple when working on old projects still on OS 10.

All the classes and CSS were refactored so that it doesn't have any influence from Silk UI neither changes anything of applications that already customized the RichWidgets version.
