Traditional Web sample on how to implement Pagination from a List (from a REST Web Service).
NOTE: You will have to provide your own REST Web Service source for the list. Please change/modify the exposed REST Service under Logic->Integrations->REST.
This sample uses a REST Service that returns the Users table data as a list.
