Analytics for OutSystems.AI Chatbot, use this component to collect metrics about your Chatbot usage and have the insights you need to improve it.


How to use it:

In your Chatbot webhook had the action CreateMark to register one interaction with the Chatbot. The action has the input parameters:

Sentence - To register what sentence was received by the chatbot, if your using any kind of personal data don't forget to anonymize it first.

Intent - To register what intent was determined by the NLP service. If you are using Azure services, this will be Intent from LUIS. If the intent is empty, for the dashboard it would mean that this sentence hasn't been understood by the chatbot.

Field1 to Field5 - To register data, to be analysed in the future. For example, in a weather bot it is possible to store the identified locations to have an insight of the regions your users are interessed about.
