Provides "pull to refresh" functionality commonly seen in mobile apps like Twitter or Facebook.
When a "refresh" is detected, the link/button whose Id is passed as parameter will be invoked.  In order to work properly, the link/button must be an Ajax Submit.

This component should be used by including it in the page content and simply providing the parameters.

It is based on https://github.com/sjovanovic/xpull

Changed the javascript core from Hammer.js to xpull to deal with the pull action in iOS.
