Fixed a bug that caused the event to be triggered for StarIndexes already queried.

Added input parameters for easier usage.

- Height type defines the unit you want to use, e.g. pixels, vh or %; 

- Height defines the amount to set the table wrapper to.

Detects scroll end on both directions (upwards and downwards).

OnScrollEnd event now has an input parameter that you can use to query a new set of records. Based on the StartIndex and MaxRecords input parameters
