Bugfix for scenarios where value was populated on initialization

Bug fix for label not displaying when prefilled initialize, which could happen in edge cases where both the list and current value were populated on initialize and no changes to either happened after that

Removed dependency on OutsystemsUI to make installation on environments simpler
