Fixed an error when authenticating with an Entra ID username that has more than 50 characters (RPM-5090).

• Fixed a bug where Development connections would be available in non-dev environments (RCNT-6643).
• Fixed a bug where assigned connections in non-dev environments would show up in Integration Builder (RCNT-6643).
• Fixed an issue deleting Dataverse, Salesforce, and Sharepoint connections, when Oracle is the platform database (RCNT-6683).
• Fixed a redirect to a non-existing screen when there was an error authenticating with a Microsoft Account (RCNT-6364).
