Breaking changes

Removed placeholder for input to fix inconsistences while selecting weeks repeatedly. The input while now be managed by the plugin itself. Any content in the placeholder may be deleted, including related variables & logic.

Fixed an issue where an incorrect year was displayed when week at the end / beginning of the year was selected.
