• Added an option to control cell protection (IsProtectDropdpwnCell) when creating or managing Excel dropdowns.
• Cell protection can now be enabled or disabled based on the configured protection flag.
• When true, the relevant cells are protected according to the component configuration.
• When false, the component maintains the existing behavior without applying cell protection.
