Version 0.4.0 changes

• Added public BPTEmail_SynchronizeAllActivityMessages action.

There seems to be a bug in the synchronization itself. When you setup the account, all existing activities are created on the e-mail account, but they then don't seem to keep syncing. Working on it for the next version.
