Bugfixes:

• Fixed a bug with login and Excel download after upgrade to platform 11.9.
• Fixed a problem that an empty resource was added after accidentally clicking enter in the translations screen.
• Removed the pagination, because this doesn't work with editable tables.

New feature:

• Added a checkbox to filter only the empty translations.

The Runtimekind.CrossDevice filter was added to the filters in the search tables of the applications so that we have in addition to the list of available mobile applications, we also have the list of reactive web applications.
