Publish of the stable version

1. Created two layouts that implements automatically the shortcuts menu and increments the count of the page (check the demo application).

2. Update of the login page to allow direct login with a demo user and a shortcut manager user.

Added a cache in minutes to the shortcuts menu aggregates to allow a better performance when walkingthrough the application pages.
