Service actions are now available to use.

• Added abbreviations in CountryState Entity for the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, Switzerland, USA.
• Added the following countries to Country Entity: Afghanistan, Antarctica, Cuba, Curacao, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Libya, North Korea, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin, Sint Maarten, South Sudan, Western Sahara.
• Updated the DialCode in Country Entity for the following countries: France, American Samoa, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guam, Jamaica, Montserrat, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Sint Maarten, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, Virgin Islands (USA), Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man.
• Country and CountryState data bootstrap will now run whenever the Locations module is published, regardless of being previously populated or not.
