Fix for Oracle DB's:

• Renamed RawChangeLog.TimeStamp to RawChangeLog.LoggedAt to prevent errors when using Oracle DB's. (TimeStamp is a keyword in Oracle and rejects the queries)

Fixed for explorer:

• Fixed bug where additional attributes being searched on could only be an integer, now you can also search on alphanumeric fields.

• Added considerable performance increases to the explorer screen (to the point where several thousands of rows load near instantly).
• Added more explorer options 
  • Search on specific attribute and value
  • Option to only display live data
  • Option to display ALL data in an entity when looking through live data
• Fixed some bugs when using the breadcrumps when navigating backwards 1 level
• Improved visuals for processed/unprocessed and live data
• Several improvements to data quality display for unprocessed rows
• Fixed some visual bugs where the lenght of the rows would be inconsistent
• Added ignore entities screen, in order to exclude certain entities from logging (which can be used if certain entities suddenly flood the logs with useless information, to be able to stop this until the issue has been resolved)
