Updated the RefreshDay Site Property to another sequence; 1 = Monday to 7 = Sunday
Updated the handling of the RefreshDay Site Property. From now on the RefreshDay is only checked if this value is >= 1 and <=7. In all other cases this check is ignored/disabled.
