Rest API Audit Reactive Application

Purpose: This form allows users to submit a new contact request to the company.

Fields:

Your Full Name: Requires the user to enter their full name.
Category: A dropdown menu where the user selects the appropriate category for their request from a list of options.
Description: A text area where the user can provide detailed information about their request or issue.
Your Email: Requires the user to enter a valid email address.
Your Phone: Requires the user to enter their phone number.
Select file: Allows the user to attach a file if necessary.
Buttons:

Cancel: Closes the form without submitting the request.
Create Request: Submits the contact request after validating all required fields.
Error Message:

Invalid Value! Indicates an error in the file selection process.
