PDF Size

Hi all,
I m opening pdf in browser thorough data base ....but facing problem in PDF size.
i want to open PDF  in left blank space along with form plz help.

Hi,

One suggestion is using an iframe or embed HTML tag (via an unescaped expression) in your form.

For this to work, you need to provide the URL of the pdf in the tag. If you are retrieving the pdf from the database, typically you would build a download screen for retrieving the pdf - on which the preparation loads the pdf from the DB and returns it via a download node. This way, you can use this screen URL in the iframe/embed tag.

Hi,
See the attached example. It has some crud screens for uploading and managing pdf files. Some remarks:
  • File_Show screen uses a web block (PdfEmbed) for embeding the pdf in the page.
  • File content is retrieved from the DownloadFile screen (GetFile entry point). Note the preparation ending in a download node (with Save To Disk = false).
Paulo Ramos: thanks ... ill try it...hey can u tell me how to upload multiple files?
Hi,

You can try using one of the file upload solutions from the Forge: Cheers!
