ECT not showing in applications in PE

  
Hi,

I have ECT enabled for all espaces but the circle on the bottom right does not appear in any of my applications. Any help would be appreciated.

That's strange. Same is happening in my PE and everything seems well configured.

Indeed ECT on the personal environments does not seem to be working. I have tried some corrective measures on what I thought was the problem, but got to a dead-end. I'm reporting this to the development team so they can take a deeper look at it.

Thanks for your feedback, in fact there's a problem with the ECT on the personal environment, to bypass that you can apply a workaround:
 
Access your pe service center, then Factory, choose "Embedded Change Technology" and select ECT_Provider eSpace, on the tab "Site Properties" find the CustomHostname and define the efective value to be your pe address, ex: david.outsystenscloud.com

This should be enough for your to access the ECT circle and the feedbacks.

ECT_Server_Connector: http://myname.outsystemscloud.com/ECT_Client_Connector/ECT_Server_Connector.asmx

Fadi, does that URL work?
I've tried to install the missing ECT_Client_Connector and now the URL works, but not ECT circle. It is an old version. Tonight I'll give it another try with 8.

I had the same issue. Then I changed the ECT rule and it started to work. Try to change the default rule in ECT_Provider.

Check. I just changed the name of the rule and it worked.
If Fadi problem is the same I had it should be enough.

What did you change the DefaultRuleName to? I tried both of the following but it did not work. Did you need to republish the ECT afterwards?

Attempt 1, changed DefaultRuleName to: 
http://myname.outsystemscloud.com/ECT_Client_Connector/ECT_Server_Connector.asmx

Attempt 2, changed DefaultRuleName to: myname.outsystemscloud.com
Also, the url does not work, 404 error - resource not found: 
http://myname.outsystemscloud.com/ECT_Client_Connector/ECT_Server_Connector.asmx

I ment really saving the default rule not any site property. Go to ECT_Provider and update the open the default rule. Make sure it is active and save it.
That worked perfectly, thanks!
