Connecting to SharePoint Web Service with NTLM authentication from J2EE version of OS

Hi,

is there any way to implement a Web Reference connecting to SharePoint Web Service with NTLM authentication on J2EE version of OutSystems?

Regards,
Ignas
Hi Ignas,

For what I see, you will need to create an extension and use the java.net.Authenticator for the authentication.
The link below could help you on that:

Thanks Vítor, I'll check this out.

 Hi,

it is clear how to create extension, how to authenticate during http request to the server using Java and using java.net.Authenticator, but it is not clear how to set this authentication to Web Reference.
I thought it would be possible to get some authentication guid (e.g.
WSS_KeepSessionAuthenticated={86b5f1cf-0235-472f-b280-8470ed727c58}), which could be used in further requests (i.e. using EnhancedWebReferences extention), but this authenticates connections not requests. So every connection should be authenticated, after the connection is closed or even it is not kept alive, we need to authenticate again.
So how it would be possible to add this authentication to any Web Reference then?
Or what is the other solution to solve this? To create
extension for every Web Reference with NTLM authentication? To create proxy service to point all Web References to add NTLM support?

Can anyone else help on this?

Thanks,
Arnas
